What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel up to 14 days before your arrival date. Cancel up to 7 days before arrival and you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

How does check-in work?

Every property has a smart lock with a unique code sent to you the day before arrival. No key handoffs, no waiting around. You'll also get detailed directions and house-specific instructions so you can walk right in and settle in.

What are your contact hours?

We're available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on weekends. If you reach out after hours, we'll get back to you the next business day.

How many guests can your properties accommodate?

It depends on the property. We have cozy two-bedroom cabins perfect for couples and large Hill Country estates that sleep 16 or more for reunions and group trips. Check the listing details or ask us and we'll point you to the right fit.
