You’ll have full access to the house and private yard. The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe for evening strolls. Please note the property is not waterfront, but the lake is just across the street!

Other Things to Note

Smoking/Vaping: Please no smoking inside and dispose of your remnants properly. Fine up to $1000 will be imposed for extra clean up and odor removal.

Pets: Please no pets. RSA welcome.

Fire Ban Status: To protect our beautiful Hill Country the county may impose a burn ban when necessary. It is the guests responsibility to check the status before using outdoor fire pit. To do so, you can call the Comal County Fire Marshal and press option 1.

Parties and Events: We love a good time, but Airbnb has strict rules against disruptive parties. No parties or events

Lake Levels: Canyon Lake’s water levels can fluctuate due to drought—check conditions if water activities are a priority.
